Fitness and Spinning classes
With winter fast approaching and a return to the long dark nights what better way to keep in shape than take up a fitness or spinning class.
The classes are designed to cater for the needs of everyone regardless of fitness and ability.
Fitness and circuit class
The 45minute Fitness classes, are designed to work on all the muscle groups to help strengthen and tone the whole body.
Starting on Monday the 12th of October at 7.30pm and will right through till March 2010 at the cycling centre, all that is required is a towel, suitable clothing, shoes and a bottle of water.
Spinning classes with a difference.
These classes every year are always over subscribed so book early. Participants can use their own bike that attaches to the special upright rollers. If you don’t have a bike that’s not a problem as there are plenty of bikes to choose from.
This class works on fat burning and development of the cardiovascular system much like what a run or a cycle does out doors.
Again all that is required is suitable shoes and clothing and towel and a bottle of water.
There are 2 classes available starting on Thursday the 15th of October at the cycling centre. By supporting these classes you also help fund the cycling centre.
Class 1, 7-7.50pm
Class 2, 8. 8.50pm
